All of our items are sent bubble wrapped and in tuff dual layer heavy duty grade shipping cartons to ensure your model is well protected in transit. Our shipping cartons are slightly larger than standard so we can fill them with more protective packaging
All Australian / New Zealand and Worldwide Deliveries come with Tracking to your email
Delivery times will vary depending on your location so please allow between 2 - 14 days transit time for standard delivery within Australia and longer if you are in a remote or country Australian area or if you are an International customer.
Our preferred carrier is Australia Post for most deliveries around Australia however we also use a selection of other couriers for some deliveries
New Zealand and Worldwide deliveries will only be sent standard delivery with tracking via Australia Post only.

MODEL WEGHTS:
We base our models on the following weights to calculate shipping costs - this allows for protective packaging like bubble wrap and foam, as well as the weight of the shipping carton, as we use dual layer heavy duty grade shipping cartons for best protection.
• Single 1:18 models 3.5kg
• Single 1:43 models 0.5kg
Due to Australia Post carton size restrictions, we are limited to the following:
Australian Orders: 20.0kg per order
International Orders: 14.0kg per order
