Returns Policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if it is damaged in transit or has a genuine factory fault that was not described in stores listing. 

Unfortunately due to the collectibility of the items we sell - we do not accept returns for change of mind once your model has been posted or has been collected from our Moorabbin store. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging and unused. You’ll also need either the original receipt or your online confirmation number that was emailed to you at the time you placed your online purchase as proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or specially requested models unless there is a genuine factory fault that was not described or it was damaged it transit.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you and may not be an instant transfer.
